The empowerment program aims to increase awareness levels about their rights, reduce violence against women, and provide quality basic literacy and vocational & technical training to uplift their morale in society and family.

The program trains youth & women as entrepreneurs, in different marketable skills, after which they will be capable of establishing small enterprises or finding employment. It also provides entrepreneurship training to enable youth & women who have already acquired skills training but are unemployed.

The Skills Training and Entrepreneurship Development Program provides opportunities for the poor mainly youth & women to improve their lifestyles through training and encouragement to find solutions to their lack of work opportunities.

Mishal Ministries is working with marginalized women to empower them through programs including:

• Community Learning Centres target marginalized women & youth who have no access to basic literacy.
• Vocational and entrepreneurship trainings for skilled and unskilled youth & women to strengthen their economic conditions.
• Leadership seminars and trainings to be aware of their rights and importance in society.
